How Automyxor approaches automation, AI and data responsibly
Automyxor works audit first, with written scope and documented access for every client. Automation platforms, AI interfaces and connected systems are treated as infrastructure, not convenience tools.
If a system touches credentials, client data or decision-making logic, it requires governance, review and clear responsibility.
This page describes Automyxor’s general principles and does not constitute a contractual commitment unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement.
Marketing and automation work for clinics and local businesses begins with the free audit, which needs no access to your systems. Automyxor checks the Google profile, website, ads and follow-up messages first, and only requests access to a client's systems once the work proceeds under a written agreement.
Access to live systems is only requested where necessary, proportionate and contractually agreed.
Automyxor does not request blanket credentials, shared admin accounts or uncontrolled API access.
Any access required for audit or implementation is:
Automyxor does not use client data or website data to train, fine-tune, evaluate or improve public, shared or general-purpose AI models.
Automyxor uses AI to research and draft its own work, such as audits, plans and ad copy, and to improve how clients appear in AI search tools such as ChatGPT and Google's AI answers. A client's customer or patient data does not go into AI tools unless the client has agreed it in writing. Final decisions about a client's business, marketing and patients stay with the client.
Where third-party AI services are involved in client environments, usage is assessed for:
Where Automyxor delivers marketing and automation for a clinic or local business, the free audit comes first and no system access is taken to complete it. The work then proceeds only under a written agreement that defines scope, the systems it connects to, and how personal data is handled. Before Automyxor touches a client's own customer data, a data processing agreement is signed, and that data is processed as Processor on the client's documented instructions, under the DPA.
Clients remain responsible for operational decisions, regulatory compliance and the use of systems within their environment.
Automyxor does not provide unmanaged system administration or open-ended operational control.
Personal data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.
Client data is processed only on documented instructions and only for agreed purposes.
Automyxor prioritises structured documentation, traceability and defensible decision records. Findings are delivered in a form that allows clients to:
